Abstract
In the case of mandibular three incisors, various treatment options exist. One can restore the space with dental prosthetics. The other can close the space with orthodontic treatment. Conventionally, implant has been used to replace the missing molar. But recently, orthodontic mini-implant or TAD are used widely to protract the posterior molar, and even third molar, to replace the missing molar.
